What is a Last Minute Booking?
A last minute booking is where a seat is bought in the last 48 hours before travel.  Any way we accept last minute bookings at no extra charge

Can I have a refund?
Under certain circumstances - if you cancel more than 7 days before transfer. See IMC terms and conditions

Can I have a receipt?
Your email or fax confirmation is your receipt.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our supervisors at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will never have to worry if your flight is delayed or arriving ahead of schedule. We will know! … and most important: we will be waiting for you at whatever time your flight arrives at no extra charge

How do I find my driver?
Normally the IMC driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate with an IMC sign and your party’s name.

What happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?
Refer to your booking confirmation where you will find a local contact number.

How long will I have to wait at the airport for my shared transportation?
Our vehicles are always available at the airport and you will never have to wait longer then 15 minutes until your van will depart. Guaranteed! Please note that in order to be able to offer this service at its low price a 2 person minimum restriction applies.

How long will I have to wait at the airport for private transportation?
As soon you are ready to depart you will be driven straight to your hotel. There is no chance for waiting times. Personalized service at its best!.

 Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
We charge the same rate for all occupied seats. Please note that babies may travel for free on an adult's lap.

ABOUT TRANSFER

How do I confirm my resort pickup time?
Your transfer is confirmed by us by email after you booking request has been made. Your return transfer is at the time on the transport voucher provided by an IMC agente at your hotel.

Can I have the driver's mobile number?
No. If you have any problems contact your IMC agent at your hotel or call us in Cancun at (998) 881 0000

How long is the journey to the resort?
Approximate transfer times are given with price enquiries. On peak days and when the road conditions are poor, these times can vary.

I have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, a board bag - will there be room?
Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase and one board/ski bag. If you are bringing a mountain bike please mention that to our reservation agent

 Can we stop off at the supermarket or pickup property keys en-route?
By prior arrangement on a private transfer only, although not at peak times - a supplement may be applicable.

Can you pick me up from a Hotel rather than the airport itself and take me to my destination?
Yes, but only if you book a private transfer.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop enroute?
Private transfers are normally direct, door-to-door. Shared transfers may stop to either pickup or drop off other clients en route.

Does the driver speak English?
All IMC drivers speak English. Occasionally we are obliged to use a local taxi firm, in which case we cannot guarantee the driver will speak English.

Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?
No, if you book a private transfer. Yes, if you book a shared or shuttle transfer.

What type of vehicles do you have?
IMC  run a fleet of new style ford club wagons, all with 10 passenger seats. They are air-conditioned.

GENERAL

 I have lost my luggage, can you collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.

I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Contact our central reservation staff, giving details of the transfer, and the missing items. We will then endeavour to deliver them to you. In some circumstances a charge may be applicable.

I do not have a resort address, can you drop me off at the tourist office?
If you do not specify a resort address, you will be dropped of and picked up at the tourist office. If you wish to change this you must inform IMC your agent.
